Feng Shui: Junk Drawers Count

Many of you know I am a Feng Shui Consultant & Intuitive Feng Shui Teacher. Feng Shui is a Chinese practice that helps you to harmonize with the energy of your land and home.

I thought today might be a good time to talk about stuck energy. How's your junk drawer doing? I ask this in all seriousness. I don't know a soul, including myself, that doesn't have a junk drawer. Are you aware that the energy is stuck in there?

Feng Shui is all about releasing stuck energy. I don't know what bagua (energy space) your junk drawer falls into and that matters in Feng Shui as well but I CAN promise you that, if you will clear this energy, even from this little drawer, things will also move in your life. It's that big of a deal. Even our tiny little spaces hold stuck energy and that energy holds us back. Let's talk about that.

How did you feel when I asked you about your junk drawer??? I venture to say that your whole countenance sank. Yuck. Who wants to think about that? Yet it's those hidden places that affect us on such a deep level. You did not just shrug when I asked you about this drawer. No, you cringed!

I challenge you to clean your junk drawer this week. Pull some good energy and ch'i into that space by clapping over it as soon as it is fresh and clean. You will be stunned at how much better and accomplished you will feel! Let's all change our attitudes about how we deal with our "junk"!

This year, when I worked on our dreaded taxes, for the first time in my life, I decided to enjoy the task as much as possible. I put my hands out all over our financial documents and I thanked God for the abundance of blessings we experience. I thanked God for all that the paperwork itself represented. I worked on those taxes for 8 hours but I finished them. Do we owe money? Yep. Somehow, though, I felt so much better this year. This year, I am thankful to live in a free country, one that continually gives to me. This is my way of giving back to it. All is well. I hope this post resonates with you. I hope you see how the little changes, even down to moving ch'i within your junk drawer, really does change things. And so it is. If you are interested in learning Intuitive Feng Shui or would like a Feng Shui Inspection of your home, please reach out to me here. I keep a waiting list for my classes and begin new ones when I have enough students to begin. Feng Shui classes are quite limited in number as they are very interactive and students learn better in a smaller group. Until next time....
