I would love to speak to you concerning National and State Parks. In this country, and I speak of this lovingly for I am aware that mankind insists upon treating my land with divisions, I have greatly appreciated how there have been some lands that have been saved and set aside for all to enjoy. Thankfully, this happens in many other countries on other continents as well.
Pioneers many years before you could see that land was quickly being swallowed up by colonization. Thanks to them, these public lands have been set aside. I would urge each one of you to challenge yourself to enjoy at least one part of public land each month. This could be anything from your local park to a State Park or National Park. The diversity offered in these public properties are immense. You will discover and find so many different insects and plants, many more than you are normally exposed to. The wildlife will also be more abundant.
It is a testimony to your forefathers and mothers that they had the wisdom to save these lands for you, to consecrate that which they were moved by. You honor me and your honor your ancestors each time you set foot on these lands. Pay them a visit today and step back in time. Forget about your electronics and technology and come visit me! I promise you will be greatly entertained if you will but open your eyes, your ears and all your senses!
